-Take the Turnpike to 595 
-Go East on 595 to I-95 South (for 2 exits)
-Exit Stirling Road heading WEST (right hand turn)
-Go to 1st light which is North 29th Avenue and make a LEFT
-Make the next LEFT at EVANS STREET
-Go straight down that road and curve with the road as it curves to the RIGHT

-Take the Turnpike to Sample Road
-Head WEST on Sample Road to 441
-Make LEFT on 441 heading SOUTH
-Make your next RIGHT on 31st Street (31st Street is also "Turtle Creek" or NW 62nd Avenue if coming from the South on 441
