* 1 1/4 lb. Certified Angus Beef ® deli roast beef, cut into strips
* 1/2 c. green onions, thinly sliced
* 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
* 1 c. whole kernel corn
* 2 pitas, halved
* 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
* 1 sm. jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
* 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
* 1 tsp. olive oil
1. In a sm. bowl, combine 3 Tbsp. of vinegar, 1 Tbsp. cilantro and olive oil. Toss roast beef with sauce.
2. Combine corn, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno peppers and the remaining vinegar and cilantro in a separate bowl.
3. Place roast beef in pita pocket with salsa and serve.
