Fast Fishy Pizza

Serve with a crisp green salad. Prep Time: 5 Min. Cook Time: 10 Min. What you need:

+ 8 oz. smoked mackerel fillet, skinned and roughly flaked
+ 4 Tbsp. crushed tomatoes + 6" pizza crust + 1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped + 5 black ripe olives, stoned and halved + 4 Tbsp. mozzarella cheese, shredded What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Spread tomato over pizza crust. Top with smoked mackerel, basil, olives and cheese. 3. Bake 8-10 min, or until golden brown. 4. Serve with a crisp green salad.
