+ 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 oz. each)
+ 2 tsp. olive oil + 1/2 - 1 tsp. seasoned pepper + 1/4 tsp. garlic powder + 2 slices pepper jack cheese, sliced (3/4 oz. each) + 1/4 c. salsa + hot cooked egg noodles, optional What to do:
1. Brush chicken with oil; sprinkle with seasoned pepper and garlic powder.
2. Grill on an indoor grill coated with cooking spray for 4-5 min. per side or until juices run clear. 3. Transfer chicken to serving plates; top with cheese and salsa. Wine pairings:
