Veggie Turkey Casserole

Cook Time: 30 min.
What you need:

+ 3 c. cubed cooked turkey
+ 2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
+ 2 c. frozen broccoli florets
+ 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
+ 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
+ 1/2 c. chopped onion
+ 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
+ 1/4 tsp. celery seed
What to do:
1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2. Transfer to a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30-35 min. or until heated through. Stir before serving.

This was really, really, really yummy! And soooo simple. We bought turkey drumsticks on sale (2 for $3) and boild them to extract the meat. That part was the most time consuming, but we didn't have to do anything, just watch the pot boil. lol Threw everything into a bowl, mixed and transfered to baking dish. Wha-la! Done. DELICIOUS!
