Cinnamon Apple Chops

Prep Time: 5 Min. Cook Time: 15 Min. What you need:

+ 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-in. thick
+ vegetable oil + 1 tsp. black pepper + 1/2 c. chicken broth + 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice + 1-1/2 c. applesauce + 2 Tbsp. cinnamon red hot candies What to do:
1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush chops lightly with oil and brown chops on both sides, turning once, about 3-4 min. Sprinkle chops with pepper, add broth and lemon juice. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer gently for 5 min. or until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145°F., followed by a 3-min. resting time. To serve, top with applesauce and cinnamon candies.
