Thai Turkey Wraps

What you need:

+ 1 envelope Asian sesame salad dressing and recipe mix
+ 1 c. crunchy peanut butter
+ 4 flour tortillas
+ 1 pkg. (6-oz.) oven roasted turkey breast, thin sliced, cut into thin strips
+ 1 c. cooked Minute® White Rice or Minute® Brown Rice
+ 1 c. carrot, shredded
+ 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
What to do:
1. Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on envelope. Add peanut butter; mix well.
2. Spread each tortilla with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture.
3. Top evenly with turkey, rice, carrot and cilantro; roll up. Cut each roll-up crosswise in half. Serve with remaining dressing mixture.
